Hitachino Nest Red Rice Ale

Hailing from the Ibaraki prefecture, Kiuchi Brewery have been producing beautiful sake rice wine since 1823. Now they've stepped successfully into the world of beer with their award winning products, such as this Red Rice Ale. Made from asamurasaki red rice, an ancient grain once commonly used to make sake, this naturally pink ale has a pleasing hint of fruits on the nose and palate. Best served chilled.
